FAQ: What are the typical N-glycans found on the Rapid PNGase F Antibody Standard?
The Rapid PNGase F Antibody Standard contains typical IgG glycosylation with mostly GF0, G1F, G2F, as well as some sialylated (mostly NGNA) species. There are also traces of non-fucosylated glycans, high mannose glycans, and hybrid glycans. There is evidence of a1,3-Gal structures.
